2015年输血科从检验科分离出来，正式成立独立建制科室，现有职工5人，其中副主任技师1人，主管检验师4人。负责全院临床用血供应。科室医疗技术力量雄厚，学术氛围浓厚。主要职能是承担我院临床用血的计划申报、血液储存、交叉配血、发血、技术指导和科学、合理用血措施的实施等，为临床患者救治提供有力保障。科室实验设备齐全，技术先进，功能完备。现有进口血型鉴定及配血仪、进口专用储血冰箱、血小板专用振荡保存箱、自动血浆解冻仪、专用血清学离心机、奥林巴斯显微镜、血栓弹力图、冷链温控系统及专用运血箱等设备仪器。近年来，输血科积极开展输血新技术和新业务，改进配血方法，严格执行《医疗机构临床用血管理办法》和《临床输血技术规范》，确保患者输血安全、合理、有效。目前输血科开展的实验项目有：微柱凝胶及聚凝胺交叉配血技术、不规则抗体筛选、抗人球蛋白实验、疑难配血技术、血栓弹力图、稀有血型的鉴定、择期手术病人的贮存式自身输血技术等项目。供应临床的血液成分有：悬浮红细胞、悬浮少白细胞红细胞、洗涤红细胞、血小板、新鲜冰冻血浆、普通冰冻血浆等。输血科牢固树立"质量就是生命"的意识，24小时为临床提供安全、及时、有效的服务。并常年为患者及家属提供有关输血方面的咨询服务。In2015,theDepartmentofBloodTransfusionwasseparatedfromtheclinicallaboratoryandanindependentformedunitwasofficiallyestablished,withfivestaffmembers,includingoneAssociateSeniorTechnologistandfourTechnologists-in-charge.Responsibleforclinicalbloodsupply.Thedepartmentmedicaltechnicalforceisstrong,academicatmosphereisstrong.ThemainfunctionistoundertakethePlandeclarationofclinicalblood,Bloodstorage,Crossmatching,bloodissuing,TechnicalGuidanceandscientific,reasonableBlood-usemeasures,etc.Toprovidestrongguaranteeforthetreatmentofclinicalpatients.Thedepartmenthascompleteexperimentalequipment,advancedtechnologyandcompletefunctions.ExistingimportBloodTypeIdentificationandMatchinginstrument,importBloodStorageRefrigerator,Plateletoscillationpreservationbox,Automaticplasmathawingapparatus,Dedicatedserologicalcentrifuge,Olympusmicroscope,ThrombusElasticfigure,Cold-ChaintemperaturecontrolsystemandSpecialbloodtransportationboxequipmentinstrument.Inrecentyears,thedepartmentactivelycarryoutbloodtransfusion,newtechnologyandnewbusinesstoimprovethematchingmethod,strictlyenforcethe"measuresforthemanagementofclinicalblooduseofmedicalinstitution"and"technicalspecificationforclinicalbloodtransfusion",andtoensurepatients"bloodtransfusionsafety,reasonableandeffective.Atpresent,theexperimentalprojectscarriedoutbytheDepartmentofbloodtransfusionare:MicrotubesGelandPolycoagulamineCross-MatchTest,IrregularAntibodyScreening,AntiglobulinTest,difficultCross-MatchTest,RareBloodTypeIdentification,selectiveoperationofpatientswithAutologusBLoodTransfusiontechnology.Thebloodcomponentsofclinicalsupplyinclude:RedCellsSuspension,Leucocyte-ReducedRedBloodCells,WashedRedBloodCells,Platelets,FreshFrozenPlasma,FrozenPlasma,etc.Bloodtransfusiondepartmentfirmlysetup"qualityislife"consciousness,24hoursfortheclinicalsafe,timely,effectiveservice.Counsellingservicesonbloodtransfusionareprovidedtopatientsandtheirfamiliesthroughouttheyear.
