神经康复中心贵宾中心现有33间病房，全部为单间病房，以神经康复治疗为特色，主要收治中枢性神经系统疾病导致运动障碍、感觉障碍、言语语言障碍、认知障碍、吞咽障碍等的成人患者，重点在脑卒中及脑外伤的恢复期康复治疗。科室拥有主任医师1名，副主任医师2名，主治医师1名。多年来先后收治了来自美国、加拿大、英国、德国、法国、爱尔兰、俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦、蒙古、日本、澳大利亚、朝鲜、韩国、苏丹等多名国外患者，也收治了来自港澳台的多名患者，更多的是收治了来自国内各地的患者。根据患者的情况，我们有针对性地进行药物治疗及系统康复评定与治疗。与康复治疗等科室协作，开展物理治疗(PT、理疗)、作业治疗(OT)、言语语言治疗(st)，认知功能治疗、心理治疗、矫形器治疗等，也进行中医治疗及一些特色治疗项目，如强制性训练等。在护理方面，开展优质护理服务，对患者及家属进行康复知识的宣传教育，指导家属，形成正确的护理模式，并且指导患者完成日常生活活动，提高生活质量。因此，贵宾中心患者的康复治疗效果较好，众多患者重返家庭、社会及工作岗位。我科还承担了科研项目及首都医科大学的教学任务，也代培进修学习人员，是一个医疗、科研和教学相结合的科室。贵宾中心全体医护人员将不断创新，为患者提供更好的医疗和服务。Thereare33bedsintheneurorehabilitationdepartmentVIPwardwhichareallsingle-bedunits.Itmainlyprovidesrehabilitationtreatmentforpatientswithmovementdisorders,sensoryimpairments,speech-languagedisorders,cognitivedisorders,swallowingdisorders,whichfocusonstrokeandtraumaticbraininjuryofadultpatient.Thereareonechiefphysician,twodeputychiefphysicians,andoneresidentdoctor.Alotofpatientsaroundthecountryaretreated.Atthesametimemanyforeignpatientshavebeenadmittedtheseyears.TheyarefromtheUnitedStates,Canada,UnitedKingdom,Germany,France,Ireland,Russia,Kazakhstan,Mongolia,Japan,Australia,NorthKorea,SouthKorea,andalsoanumberofpatientsfromHongKong,MacaoandTaiwan.Dependingonthepatient"scondition,weprovidemedication，systematicrehabilitationassessmentandtreatment.CooperatingwithotherdepartmentswecarryoutPhysicaltherapy(PT),Occupationaltherapy(OT),Speech-languagetherapy(ST),thetreatmentofcognitivefunction,psychologicaltherapy,andorthosestherapy.Somespecialtreatments,suchastheConstraint-Inducedmovementtherapy,andchinesemedicinetreatmentarealsobeensupplied.Thenurseswouldgivehigh-qualitycaretohelppatientsimproveADLandqualityoflifeaswellasdisseminateknowledgetoguidefamilymemberstoformacorrectmodelofcare.OurdepartmentundertakesresearchprojectsandteachingmissionoftheCapitalUniversityofMedicalandalsofurtherstudyforpeople,.Thepatients’effectiveofrehabilitationarebetter.Manypatientsreturntothefamily,workplaceorsociallife.Ourdepartmentisthecombinationofmedical,researchandteaching.Inthefuture,allthemembersinourdepartmentwillcontinuetoprovidebetterserviceandanarrayofinnovativetechniquesforpatients.
