一、科室基本情况：我院国际医疗部是于2015年12月开诊的特需医疗科室，主要面向来郑州工作、学习、生活的外籍人员，特别是有语言交流障碍的外国患者，是医院对外交流的一个窗口门诊科室，位于肝病医学中心一楼，不设病房。通过与其他科室通力协作，整合医院优质资源，为外籍患者提供各临床专业的门诊及住院诊疗服务。科室对就诊的外籍患者主要实行微信预约和电话预约就诊，特殊情形下也提供非预约就诊服务。另外，在保障外籍患者正常诊疗服务的前提下，也为国内消化疾病患者提供正常的诊疗服务。通过提前预约，患者提供大概病情，科室负责联系需要前去就诊的其他专业科室，并在整个诊疗过程中全程陪诊。二、医务人员配备：国际医疗部共有工作人员主任医师、主治医师和医师各1人，其中博士1人，本科2人。科室工作特色：1.对外籍患者以英文为主的工作语言，所有工作人员需要熟练掌握一门以上的外语，可以外文接诊；2.对外籍患者实行以微信预约就诊为主的诊疗服务，实行预约制、会诊制（我科室和就诊科室会诊）、全程陪诊的一体化医疗服务；3.注重保护患者隐私，未经患者许可，不向任何无关人员泄露患者健康信息；4.实行VIP优先就诊通道，避免长时间等待。1、BasicinformationoftheDepartment:theInternationalMedicalDepartmentofourhospitalisaspecialmedicaldepartmentopenedinDecember2015.ItismainlyforforeignerswhocometoZhengzhoutowork,studyandlive,especiallyforeignpatientswithlanguagecommunicationbarriers.Itisawindowforthehospital"sexternalcommunication.Theoutpatientdepartmentislocatedonthefirstflooroftheliverdiseasemedicalcenter,withoutwards.Throughthecooperationwithotherdepartments,thehospitalintegrateshigh-qualityresources,andprovidesoutpatientandinpatientservicesforforeignpatients.TheDepartmentmainlycarriesoutwechatappointmentandtelephoneappointmentforforeignpatients,andalsoprovidesnonappointmentserviceunderspecialcircumstances.Inaddition,onthepremiseofensuringthenormaldiagnosisandtreatmentservicesforforeignpatients,italsoprovidesnormaldiagnosisandtreatmentservicesfordomesticpatientswithdigestivediseases.Bymakinganappointmentinadvance,thepatientprovidesthegeneralcondition,andtheDepartmentisresponsibleforcontactingotherprofessionaldepartmentsthatneedtogotoseeadoctor,andaccompanythewholeprocessofdiagnosisandtreatment.2、Medicalstaff:thereare1chiefphysician,1attendingphysicianand1physicianintheinternationalmedicaldepartment,including1doctorand2undergraduatestudents.Departmentworkfeatures:1.ForforeignpatientswithEnglishasthemainworkinglanguage,allstaffneedtobeproficientinmorethanoneforeignlanguage,andcanreceivemedicaltreatmentinforeignlanguage;2.Implementwechatappointmentbaseddiagnosisandtreatmentserviceforforeignpatients,implementtheintegratedmedicalserviceofappointmentsystem,consultationsystem(consultationbetweenourdepartmentandthetreatmentdepartment),andwholeprocessaccompany;3.Payattentiontotheprotectionofpatients"privacyWithoutthepermissionofthepatient,donotdisclosethepatient"shealthinformationtoanyirrelevantpersonnel;4.VIPpriorityaccessshouldbeimplementedtoavoidlong-termwaiting.
