干部医疗保健科组建于2008年4月，其前身为2000年5月设立的VIP特诊室。2010年4月更名为干部保健管理办公室。一、基本概况2000年5月由蔡俊兰护士长筹建并负责VIP特诊室工作。崔晓红主任医师自2008年4月兼任干部医疗保健科主任，2010年4月由张玉霞主任医师担任干部保健管理办公室主任。科室现有医护人员10人，其中主任医师1人，副主任医师1人，主管护理师3人，护理师2人，护士2人，资料员1人。二、科室特色干部保健工作是一项政治性很强的工作，省、市各级政府、省保健局、市保健办及院领导都十分重视。医院专门建立了院内干部保健专家库，成立了领导小组：由田国刚副院长任组长，医务处处长及科室主任任副组长，具体负责干部保健工作，制定了干部保健发展规划和年度计划、工作流程，开展保健干部的体检、诊疗、咨询等工作。并认真组织实施，建立电子建康档案，以及负责干部保健工作的组织、协调和重大疑难病症的会诊、转院等工作。健全了干部体检工作制度，建立"一条龙"的干部体检绿色通道，2008-2009年共对50多名省、厅级保健对象进行体检，强调体检质量，做到热情细致服务；诊疗保健建议具体清楚、切实可行；结果反馈及时、迅速；并建立健康档案，定期进行追踪复检。制定了病情报告制度，对重大疑难病症进行组织协调、会诊、转院等工作。病情报告落实责任到人，规范病报工作每一环节，在做好保密工作的前提下，及时将保健对象的病情按要求进行上报，保证医疗质量和信息畅通，没有发生漏报现象。自2008年以来，以人性化服务精神为指导。从病人就诊、检查、取药、治疗、住院全过程，提供热情、周到、方便、温馨的人性化护理服务，2年已累计接诊各级领导3200多人次。三、管理干部保健管理办公室是个年轻的集体，科室具有良好的团队精神，重视医护人员自身素质及业务水平的培养，重视护士言行举止和服务行为的规范，注重服务礼仪。科室定期检查、汇总干部保健工作信息，及时向分管院领导汇报，定期向省保健局、市医疗保健办公室汇报工作。按时完成省保健局、市医疗保健办公室交办的各项保健任务。CadresofhealthcaremanagementofficeTheteamforleaders’medicalhealthcaresetupinApril2008.InApril2010renameistheofficeforchargingtheleadhealthcare.1.ThebasicintroductionTheheadnursechaijunlangestablishedandresponsiblefortheVIP‘sroomworkinMay2000.ThedirectordoctorchuishaohongparttimethedirectoroftheleadmedicalhealthcareinApril2008.ThedirectordoctorzhangyuxiaassumethedirectorofthemedicalhealthcareinApril2010.Therearetenstaffsinthedepartment,oneisdirectordoctor,threearenurse-in-charge,twoareseniornurses,twoarenurses,oneisdocumenter.2.ThefeatureofthedepartmentTheworkoftheleadhealthcareisastrongpoliticswork.Theleadofthegovernmentoftheprovince,town,theleadofthehealthcareofficeoftheprovince,townandtheleadofthehospitalareallattachimportanceforthiswork.Thehospitalspecialsetupthespecialistteamandtheleadteamwhoinchargeoftheleadhealthcare.Theleadteaminhospitalinclude:thechiefofthepartyistianguoganwhoalsoisoursudecanal,thesuchiefofthepartyismedicaldirectoranddepartmentdirector,whoparticulartakechargeoftheleadhealthcarework.Weestablishedthecadresofhealthdevelopmentplansandannualplansandtheflowofthework.Wecondutedmedialexamination,treatment,counseling,etc.Wealsocarefullyorganizedandimplemented,theestablishmentofelectronichealthrecords,aswellascadesofhealthcarefortheorganization,coordinationandmajorincurablediseasesconsultation,referral,etc.Wemaketheleaders’physicalexaminationworksystemperfect.Webuildupaquickpassagefortheleadphysicalexam.From2008to2009,wedothephysicalexaminationforalmost50leaderswhocamefromprovinceandoffice.Weemphasizethequalityofthephysicalexam,weprovidetheflameandparticularityserviceforthelead.Thesuggestionforthetreatandthehealthcarisclarityandreallyfeasible.Theresultfeedbackisintimeandquickly.Webuildupthehealthrecord,weregulardothephysicalexamfortheleadandcheckagain.Weestablishthepatients’conditionreportsystem.Weorganizedcorrespond,consultationandtransferthehospitalworkforthedifficultydisease.Wecriteriontheeverytacheofthediseasereportwork.Inthepremisekeepingthepatientsecret,wereportthepatientconditiontotheleadshipaccordingtherequirement,weensurethemedicalqualityandmassageunblocked,thereisnophenomenawhichisnotreport.From2008,wetakethehumanityservicespiritasattitude.Intheprocesswhenthepatientvisitdoctor,beingchecked,takingthemedicine,beingtreatedandbeinghospitalized,weprovidedthepatientwithflame,thorough,convenientandhumanitynursingservice.Wevisitdifferentadministrativellevelsleadersabout3200.3.managementTheofficeforchargingtheleadhealthcareisayoungcollectivity,thedepartmenthaveagoodteamspirit.Weattachimportancetothestaffisselfstuffandoperationlevelcultivation.Weattachimportancetothenurseiscriterionabouttheservicebehavior.Wepayattentiontotheserviceprotocol.Thedepartmentcheckupandcollectleadhealthcareisinformationregularly.Wereporttotheleadwhoinchargeofourdepartmentintime.Wereporttothehealthcareofficeoftheprovinceandthetownaboutourwork.Wecompletetheeveryhealthcaretaskwhichwasgivenbythehealthcareofficeoftheprovinceandthetownontime.
